End-User License Agreement (EULA) of Pocket Alert

1. License

By downloading or using Pocket Alert, this End-User License Agreement (EULA) is entered into between you and ROMAN FRANK PR RAČUNARSKO PROGRAMIRANJE BEOGRAD. ROMAN FRANK PR RAČUNARSKO PROGRAMIRANJE BEOGRAD grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use Pocket Alert strictly in accordance with the terms of this EULA.


2. Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to: a. License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the application or make the application available to any third party. b. Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the application. c. Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of ROMAN FRANK PR RAČUNARSKO PROGRAMIRANJE BEOGRAD or its affiliates, partners, suppliers, or licensors.


3. Copyright

Pocket Alert, the content therein and all related rights are the exclusive property of ROMAN FRANK PR RAČUNARSKO PROGRAMIRANJE BEOGRAD and its licensors. This EULA does not transfer to you any rights to use or claim ownership in Pocket Alert or its content.


4. Updates and Maintenance

ROMAN FRANK PR RAČUNARSKO PROGRAMIRANJE BEOGRAD is not obligated to provide any updates or upgrades to Pocket Alert. However, ROMAN FRANK PR RAČUNARSKO PROGRAMIRANJE BEOGRAD may from time to time provide updates or upgrades at its sole discretion.


5. Disclaimer of Warranty

Pocket Alert is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. ROMAN FRANK PR RAČUNARSKO PROGRAMIRANJE BEOGRAD and its suppliers do not and cannot warrant the performance or results you may obtain by using Pocket Alert.


6. Limitation of Liability

In no event will ROMAN FRANK PR RAČUNARSKO PROGRAMIRANJE BEOGRAD be liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, lost profits, data loss, or other incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of the use or inability to use Pocket Alert, even if ROMAN FRANK PR RAČUNARSKO PROGRAMIRANJE BEOGRAD has been advised of the possibility of such damages.


7. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of Serbia, excluding its conflicts of law rules.
